Previously serving as General Counsel/ Executive Vice-President and Chief Compliance Officer, Seth was directly responsible for representing a Miami Tech Start-Up in successfully causing it to be acquired by a strategic partner and industry leader for a price in excess of $100,000,000.00.  Seth has also previously represented Major League Baseball, the Florida Marlins, the Miami Heat, the Florida Department of Financial Services and Starwood Properties, to name a few.

Having lived and worked in Europe (Germany and Italy) for over six years, Seth is knowledgeable in a broad range of issues affecting businesses engaging in international transactions that are often subject to alternative regulatory schemes.

Seth and his wife, a German national (and also an active attorney) bring a unique perspective to bear on issues small and large impacting businesses.  The two are the only breeders in all of Germany that are VDH/FCI/Nippo recognized to breed both Shikoku and Shiba Inus (www.shikokugermany.com).  They both enjoy cycling around the world and spending time exploring with their dogs in the Sud Tyrolean Mountains.
